Cancellations

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50%. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide a cancellation notice at least 48 hours before your appointment.

Refund Policy.

The courses purchased on Learnsure AI are eligible for a refund within 30 days, provided the request meets the guidelines in our refund policy. Certain restrictions may apply and some purchases may only be eligible for credit refunds. To request a refund, please visit your purchase history page and select the Request Refund link next to the course you’d like to refund. You’ll be asked to provide a reason for requesting the refund and given the option to include additional comments. Please note that all refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

Certain restrictions may apply and some purchases may only be eligible for credit refunds. For more information regarding our refund policy, please see below.

Refund Processing Times.

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days from the time the request is submitted. You will receive an email notification when the refund has been processed. The amount of time it takes for the refund to post to your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Knowing Refund Status.

To see the status of your refund, please visit your purchase history page. In the Refund Status column, you’ll be able to see the date your refund request was submitted or when it was processed. The amount of your refund and the payment type it was refunded to are also included.

30-day refund policy.

Our refund policy for courses is simple: If you’re not satisfied with a course, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase. We do not issue refunds for courses that have been downloaded or accessed. Additionally, we do not issue refunds for bundled courses where only some of the courses included in the bundle have been accessed.

Cancelling a Subscription.

If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing period. Refunds will not be given for subscriptions that are cancelled before the end of the billing period. The 30-day refund policy will not apply to subscriptions.

Eligibility for a Refund.

To be eligible for a refund, you must request the refund within 30 days of purchase and have not accessed more than half of the course content. If you have accessed more than half of the course content, you will not be eligible for a refund but may be eligible to receive credit.

How Refunds Are Issued.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days and you will receive an email notification when the refund has been processed. The amount of time it takes for the refund to post to your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer. If you paid by check, a refund check will be mailed to you within 5-10 business days from the date the refund is processed.

Exceptions to the Refund Policy.

The following purchases are not eligible for refunds:

-Courses that have been downloaded or accessed

-Bundled courses where only some of the courses included in the bundle have been accessed

-Subscriptions that are cancelled before the end of the billing period

Additional reasons for denied refunds

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or deny refund requests in cases where we believe there is refund abuse, including but not limited to the following:

  • The learner has requested refunds multiple times for the same course.
  • The learner has requested an excessive number of refunds.
  • The learner’s account has been reported, banned, or had course access disabled due to a violation of our Terms of Use.
